Over the last few months I think we have taken it for granted how important the system is for us and actually how much potential it has. During COVID-19 lockdown, I have been able to pick up cases easily, accessing vital information such as mortgage offers, identification and illustrations which have been key. I can trail through the notes and understand what has been going on with ease. I am, and guess, always have been a champion of services which are tailored to an individual’s needs - one size fits all does not sit well with me. One of the key strengths of the MCI Club is that they do not believe they are bigger than their boots and, as such, have humility toward their brokers and their individual needs. We’re so thankful we made the switch to eKeeper earlier this year. Considering Covid-19, we simply wouldn’t have been able to operate at the same level of effectiveness if we hadn’t. Times are challenging but through eKeeper our business continues to trade with staff working remotely using features that benefit our team and our clients such as the client portal. Without exception, the people behind MCI Club are progressive, forward-thinking professionals who have credible pedigrees in the mortgage industry. Without a doubt the best move Blueberry ever made was to join the MCI Club; long may the innovative relationship continue.
